This Return and Refund Policy govern the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted by Baeship Studio. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• The product must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as delivered.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products damaged due to customer misuse, improper handling, or installation
• Customized or made-to-order wooden products
• Items without original packaging
• Products purchased during clearance sale or special promotions

3. Refund Policy
Partial payments are non-refundable if the customer chooses to cancel the order. The advance payment is collected to reserve inventory and initiate order processing. Upon cancellation, no refund, credit, or adjustment will be provided for the amount already paid. Any exceptions will be considered solely at the company's discretion.
4. Replacement Policy
Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged products or wrong items delivered, and the request must be raised within 3 days of delivery. A clear, continuous unboxing video showing the sealed package, shipping label, and product condition is mandatory for claim verification. Requests without a valid unboxing video or raised after 3 days will not be accepted. Approved claims will be eligible for a replacement or suitable resolution.
5. Shipping Charges
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
